We use proven research and development methods and user involvement to develop effective products for improving health behaviour. HBR is committed to making these products widely available, supported by on-going research and technical advice.

Our products are developed using a systematic approach to developing evidence (psychological theory and evidence of effectiveness) and user informed interventions. Such integrative approaches have been shown to produce the most robust ways of targeting health behaviour interventions to achieve the most sustained changes in important health outcomes.
